I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving break.
I am so proud of our Decibelles’ performance at Light Up Avalon. They were incredible and performed with so much Ruach. In all of my years directing The Decibelles, I have never received more compliments from strangers and those who know us well than I have about their performance on that day. BRAVO!!!!!
Please remember to fill out the RSVP FORM FOR PERFORMANCE DATES FROM 11.19 to 2.25 from the 11.16 email. I have only received 3 responses so far,r but for planning purposes, I need all replies in at your earliest convenience. Thanks in advance.
For next week’s winter concert, the Decibelles kick off the concert at 6:45 and are singing 3 songs (maybe a bonus 4th J). They should dress in fun, festive attire meaning something that they would wear to a Hanukah party or a Bat/Bar Mitzvah party. Please cover shoulders though with a shrug or sweater if wearing spaghetti straps (no strapless please) and leggings or tights underneath if wearing a shorter dress. Hair pulled back from face please. We want to be fun, hip, festive, elegant AND school appropriate. Shoe wear can range from heels to boots to converse- whatever is comfortable and works with your outfit. Avi- can wear dressy casual or dressy or however hip or preppy party attire he would like to be!
