SAVE THE DATES

We have some exciting dates/performances coming up!

 

Here is a save the date calendar for all of our upcoming performances for which you should mark your calendars and you will be receiving individual emails on several of these events with more logistics and info as we get closer to each respective date.

 

Please let me know asap if your child will or will not be present for the Light UP Avalon event on 11/18. We have been invited back again this year as one of the most popular main stage acts so it is important to have every voice and performer there for this lovely event!

Lastly, I am placing an order for our Iconic Decibelles white button-down shirts. 6th-grade parents, can you please send me your child’s size in collared button down shirts (youth medium, youth large, adult small, adult medium, adult large). The shirts are $25 made payable to Davis Academy. If any or 7th or 8th graders need to replace their old shirts, please feel free to email me as well with what size you need.

We are having an extended rehearsal on Thursday, November 9th which will go to 4pm so we can practice for Avalon.

Sunday, November 18^th             Light Up Avalon    (Alpharetta)                                        Performance is from 3pm - 3:15pm, we are the opening act. Please arrive by 2:30 to review songs.                                                                                                                           

Wednesday, December 5^th         Winter Concert (Rock and Decibelles)  in the  THEATRE            7pm, arrive to school at 6:30 (or stay after), done by 8pm

Friday, December 7^th                Rock Shabbat                                                                   Arrive to LS at 7:15 for morning rehearsal

Monday, February 25th    Cafe Europa Holocaust Luncheon During school day

Friday May 31  School’s out concert.

IMPORTANT NEWS!!!

Please learn the lyrics to Lassok B'Divrei Torah and rehearse the song several times this weekend and many times next week before our performance on Friday for Grandparents and Special Friends Day!!!

Also, please remember to practice all Chanukah songs in the music folder under the links to the right.  We are performing at Light Up Avalon on Sunday November 18 at 3pm! We will meet at 2:15 to rehearse and get set up. More info to come.

Also, please mark your calendars that on Thursday 11/8 we are rehearsing until 4pm.
